We were so excited when we got our new kitten. Achilles was the sweetest and cutest kitten that we had ever owned. He got along very well with our two female cats and was a loving kitten to both of us.

When he started to have extremely vague symptoms at the age of 6 months old, we weren't too alarmed. We simply kept an eye on him. This book is designed to raise awareness of this horrific virus. The first chapter is told from the point of view of Achilles, the second chapter is told by me. The third chapter goes into more detail about FIP and dealing with the grief associated with losing an animal. The last two chapters contain questions and answers, as well as personal stories told by other cat owners.

If you are looking for a veterinary manual that explains FIP using scientific and medical terms, this is not the book for you. If you are looking for a book that goes into some detail, but is readable and understandable for the cat owner, this book may be for you. This book will give you a general overview of the virus.
